Instructions for taking a saliva sample for testing COVID-19 by PCR method

Dr. Ho Huu Tho has researched and invented a self-sample kit for RT-PCR testing for Covid-19 screening. The kit includes a syringe with a cotton swab attached. People just need to spit out throat fluid, suck on the tip of a cotton swab like a lollipop, pull the syringe to get enough 0.5-1ml of saliva from the throat fluid. Remove the tip of the swab, put the saliva into the sample holder provided, close the cap tightly, put it in a zip bag, put it in the kit box and send it to the laboratory.
